Calling all crafters & small businesses! Craft & Vendor Show has been added to our 4th of July Event. Indoor & Outdoor Booth Options.
Our Annual 4th of July Event brings thousands of members and their guests through our clubhouse for Independence Day festivities. This year we have a modified event due to Covid-19, however we are keeping the party strong with new additions to our celebration.
We'd like to give our members and their guests the option to Shop till you Drop during the 4th. Our ballroom & patio will be a craft and vendor show.
There are three options for booths:
-6 ft Table Indoors ($40 booth fee)
-8 ft Table Indoors ($50 booth fee)
-6 ft Table Outdoors ($35 Booth Fee)
-8 ft Table Outdoors ($45 Booth Fee)
Electricity available on a limited pre-arranged basis for $25. Contact us after registering to arrange. We will update this page if electricity spaces run out. All outdoor booths are on our covered patio. No canopies or other tenting permitted. Locations will be assigned by the event organizer.
Each booth includes the table and two chairs. Please bring a tablecloth for your table.
No separate admission charge to enter the show. The 4th of July Event is only available to members and their guests.
Load-In is 8am-9am. Parking is not guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. No charge for parking.
Priority is given to members wanting a booth.
Non-Craft Vendors Permitted, However Craft Vendors will be Given Priority. Non-Craft subject to approval by event organizer (if your booth is not approved you will receive a refund).
Non-member vendors may be limited at any time. Non-Members will be permitted two show-only wrist bands per booth and may not participate in the 4th of July Event other than purchasing food and beverage.
