Hi! Our property management company is looking for a 5 star cleaning company with experience in vacation rental cleaning. We are looking to hire individuals. Must be a registered business. Currently open: - 6 bedroom/2 bath home in Indio, CA. (2000 sqft) REQUIREMENTS: RELIABILITY is the #1 qualification. We must be able to reach you immediately via text, email, or phone. If your company can not be reached easily, and do not return texts/calls immediately, this is not for you. Attention to extreme cleanliness detail. The work will entail 1- Cleaning the home to 5 star level cleanliness on each turnover, laundry on site or off-site, managing re-stocking of inventory, and inspection to make sure the home is ready for check in 2- Run errands in the unit; (when necessary) 3- Handyman service (if your company has it) Cleaning Typically 2-3 cleanings a week per home. Each cleaning takes about 4 hours. Unit needs to be deep cleaned and organized. Beds made perfectly. Linens and towels washed in the onsite laundry room or off-site. Cleanings must start shortly after 11am. Must be available 7 days a week. Inventory You let us know when items for the unit are running short via our app on Google Sheets. We order the items to your home/office or to the supply closet of the home. Errands *Troubleshoot and solve guest problems in the home that can’t be solved over the phone by us. *Running light errands like picking up supplies at the store. *Light handyman duties like clogged toilets *Wifi/Internet Issues *Key/door lockout issues For the immediate emergency errands, you must be able to be at the property in short notice. Some errands will have a 24 hour advance notice but some will be emergency situations.
