Description
Celebrate the Summer Solstice with us as we drum, dance, and drink cacao around a fire like our ancestors once did. Come connect. With a fire at our core and drums to the East, be led on an extraordinary journey of sacred cacao, guided visualizations, and expressive movement led by Jane the Guide! The plant cacao is said to heal the heart, balance the mind, and free the body. Jane's cacao is ceremonial grade, made with intention, and offers incredible healing benefits. While allowing the energies of the cacao to settle in, be guided into community through a powerful meditation connecting to the land and sun energy; this solstice being a time to open up and allow the positive, light energy to inspire infinite possibilities that this abundant season will bring! As you begin to feel the properties of the cacao, join us in this unique flow that empowers one to explore the connection of body and breath by inviting in freeform movement, as the heart opens to healing. While listening to the sacred sound of the drums playing around us, we learn to let go without specific steps and postures to follow; one can lose themselves to the rhythm, and move freely, as the music takes us into a form of meditation in motion around the fire and amongst the trees. Evoke a trance like state and a feeling of complete ecstasy. End this session feeling uplifted, transformed, lighter, and clearer as you find a new way to express yourself without speech. Feel most aligned with your personal truth, as you will continue magnetizing new possibilities as we move through this Solar Season.
