Flex/Part-time Pool Monitor Wanted

Eon Security Inc. is looking to hire a flex/part-time pool monitor for our contracted pool sites in San Mateo and Foster City. We have two pool sites that require staffing: Foster City Pool Monitor Part-time/flex Hours: Mondays - Fridays 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitoring the pool area • Sanitizing tables, chairs, and gym equipment • Mopping and restocking bathrooms • Sweep any leaves on the premises • Assisting HOA members with booking clubhouse • Enforce pool roles • Monitor two tennis courts and make sure they are clean • Monitor pool, tennis courts, and park area to ensure the area is clean. Pick up trash if any. • Greet members in a friendly manner QUALIFICATIONS: • Eligibility to work in the U.S • Must be 18 years of age • Valid drivers license • Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills • Intermediate computer skills to utilize email, fax, and mobile apps • Must have reliable transportation and have a clean driving record • Have the ability to follow written / oral instructions. • Experience working in an HOA setting San Mateo: 2 Pool Sites (1 person per site) Temp contract for Memorial Weekend Need to fill asap Hours: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Description: There will be two pool sites in the area and will need monitoring by 1 person each. There are time slots for when members/families have reserved the pool for use. There will be a 30-minute gap between each time slot for janitors to come clean and sanitize the area for the next family to use. Time slots are as follows: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
