June 2, 2021 - 12 Noon Day Service Preacher: District Elder James Thorpe We are excited to open safely for in-person worship during the pre-recording of our 64th Holy Convocation. In accordance with the CDC guidelines, attendants MUST wear a mask while indoors. If you choose to wear a face shield, a mask must be worn under the face shield. By registering for In-Person Worship, you agree that you have answered NO to the following questions. In the past 14 days have you experienced a cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, and/or at least 2 of the following: ✓ fever of 100.4 or higher ✓ chills or shaking chills ✓ muscle aches ✓ headache ✓ sore throat ✓ nausea or vomiting ✓ diarrhea ✓ fatigue ✓ congestion or runny nose In the last 14 days, have you been in close contact for 15 minutes or longer (within 6 feet) with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or suspected of having COVID-19?
