Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience. Pools and Spa experience. HVAC Certification preferred but not required Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
