The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of powder coating service experience. This position is for the second shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare parts for coating • Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application • Operate all coating equipment • Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance • Ensure all safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment • Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment Qualifications • 1-2 years powder coat experience • Strong attention to detail • Able to work in a fast pace environment • Demonstrate the ability to work independently without daily supervision We reward your hard work and success: • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and 401(k) • Paid Time Off Plan • Company Closes in Observance of Major Holidays
