With self-respect, you are able to accept your flaws without compromising your self-worth or downplaying your value. Join this session to explore the many facets of ego and how to build your self-respect seamlessly. Session involves 20 minutes meditation. Speaker: Sr. Priya, Meditation Center Coordinator of Brahma Kumaris, St. Louis is a Raja Yoga practitioner and teacher since 2002. Her classes are simple, engaging and motivational. She is also the author of 100 Inspirational Thoughts, The Incredible Power Within, Harmony in Relationships books.
