We are professional musicians who are often on the road and we're looking for someone trustworthy who can pass a background check to occupy this space. This room is inside one of the few multi-room suites at the Fountainblue and it has it's own bathroom, sink, refrigerator, etc. We are on the 2nd floor so it's FAR AWAY from all the other noisy studios on the 6,7,8 floors, which makes it idea for a music teacher or producer, but we also welcome drummers and instrumentalists. It's $325/mo.
