Two educators. Two Services. One Day. One Class In this class, Both Carissa and Ashley will be show casing one model teaching you both custom color and a custom install. The beginning of the class, Carissa will teach you how to transform a grown out highlight in to a lived in dimensional color using her signature reverse balayage melting technique. She will demonstrate how to create long-lasting looks you can use on any client, every day behind the chair. From long hair to short, blondes to brunettes, you will learn how to customize each client and to keep them coming back to you. Carissa's melting technique has grow-out ranging 4-8 months! The second half of this class Ashley will transform the reverse balayage client by teaching you and installing her signature service, Ashley Method Extensions (AME). What separates her method apart from the rest is it is a seamless hidden track that was created to not damage your hair, create natural growth, and give you repeat business from satisfied clients. This is an effective method for anyone who is wanting to learn extensions or seasoned stylists who're looking to learn a new way of installing extensions to help preserve the integrity of their client's hair. You will leave this class certified in the Ashley Method Extensions with your own custom hand-tied kit! Stylists will leave the class feeling inspired!
