Help need to rehome cat

I have posted this before but gave it one last shot with no success. I have a cat we rescued about 2 years ago as a kitten. We were told she was ferel but domesticated. I should have known when they gave her to us in a box. Fast forward she still hates us and only comes around occasionally. The issue is that after 2 years she hates it here but we can’t catch her to take her to t he humane society. Please help. I need to find her a farm or somewhere she can be still have shelter but not be with kids and small dogs. We are located in Goshen.
