NEW MILFORD, CT — An ice cream store is coming to New Milford and is anticipated to open by the end of the summer, according to The Danbury News-Times. John Kimberly, the owner of Kimberly Farms, said that he has secured the necessary permits for the shop. The ice cream parlor will include 20 different flavors, including seasonal offerings like egg nog and pumpkin. The third-generation farm owners added ice cream in 2017 and intended to open a store last year. However, pandemic-related delays made it difficult to secure permits.
