MANCHESTER, CT — Police are looking for an 82-year-old man missing out of Manchester. Warren Markham was listed as missing Monday, police said. He has white hair and green eyes and stands 5-foot-9, police said. He was last seen wearing a white bucket hat, tan shorts and a blue windbreaker.
