A Juneteenth Experience is a event celebrating some of the ways that African Americans have contributed to American life and entertainment. A Juneteenth Experience Saturday June 19th, 4:00pm to 8:00pm, come celebrate and experience the many ways the African American community has influenced our history and our culture. Musical entertainment by The Barker Project, James Varnado, Brian Byrd and hip hop artist Jules. Guest speakers include Melvin Pettis, former business executive for The John Deere Company and Gregory Sears from the Grammy award winning ensemble Sounds of Blackness. It all takes place at Cottonmouth Southern Soul Food Restaurant, 1114 12th St W, Bradenton. Be part of the Experience on Juneteenth!
