Neysa Pagan Cortes is à woman formerly of Schenectady NY, who was evicted from nearly every street for her work as a Prostitute.  She was very known.   Later she moved to Altamont NY then Londonderry VT and finally Arlington VT.  She has been convicted of prositution, larceny and impersonating a police officer.   She can't hold a job, she's been fired or let go from 12 jobs in three years, doesn't get along with co workers, expelled from at least two colleges including Schenectady County Community College.  She spent no less thanb four months in a court ordered mental hospital She has two sons of who wanted very little or nothing to do with her.  She can't be trusted.  She drives a 2015 White Kia Sportage VT  plates, (GXF 196) and resides at 3662 Apt C (red door) on Route 7a in Arlington VT.   A photo will be enclosed.  Warn all your friend AKA s to stay clear of Neysa Pagan Cortes Neysa Ribeca.
