Show Yourself Some Love is a self-care and wellness event created to increase the representation of women of color in wellness spaces. Our goal is to cultivate a tribe where women of color can explore healing and healthy sustainable lifestyles. The full admission price includes a yoga and meditation experience, food, signature drinks, self-care gift, wellness vendors, and access to health expert speakers. General admission includes access to the beautiful Sugar Plum art gallery, health expert/speaker, food, drinks, vendors.
