We have an 8 x 20 sunroom next to our mobile home (not attached). It's on metal piers so it's fairly easy to level the floor. The door won't stay closed because it is not level. There's lots of clearance under the sunroom. Easy access. We also have some work for an experienced plumber: replacing a toilet and replacing the sagging bathroom floor with plywood, if you've ever done that before. Joists still seem to be strong. We have the new toilet and floor covering ready. There's two of us living here, home most of the time, with a home office. So you can do this work just about any day: this week, this weekend or next week. Soon would be nice for the sunroom. We have a 2nd bathroom so no extra hurry working on the 1st bathroom.
