Location: Santa Rosa, California; Full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, sometimes 7am to 4 pm. Job Summary: • Receiving and building of copier equipment • Proper inventory management and scheduling of copier equipment Essential duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Set up and Test equipment specific to order detail • Conduct proper Quality Control to ensure accuracy of orders and equipment • Follow instructions according to accessory removal procedures • Ensure equipment is properly packaged and identified for customer orders using company procedures. • Receive equipment and supplies and stock shelves. • Maintain accurate daily delivery log. Process requires checking in/out equipment using company check in/out tags as required. • Perform customer machine setups as required ensuring good quality assurance is maintained. • Observes mechanical devices in operation office equipment and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair failures of office equipment. • Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. • Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments. • Inspects, cleans, lubricates, repairs or replaces defective or worn parts as apply to the problem reported or problems expected. • Operates machines to test their performance. • Perform equipment moves as needed. • Promote quality assurance and customer service. • Clean and maintain facilities. • Perform daily receiving and shipping functions using company in house and UPS on line computer systems. • Restock supply shelves as needed. Maintain first in first out (FIFO) inventory management. • Conduct daily cycle counts as defined. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by keeping trash containers emptied and floors swept daily. Mop as needed. • Keep outside ground neat and orderly by keeping boxes broken down and stacked. Pallets are to be kept stacked and orderly. • Perform necessary maintenance on company building and grounds as needed. • Ensure all signatures and approvals are obtained and processed • Accurate record and time keeping in accordance with company policies • Responsible for pre and post trip inspections • Follows all accident/incident reporting guidelines and procedures • Meet appropriate productivity/quality standards • Participation in safety programs • Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation when required • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required Behavior requirement: Display civility, be cooperative, and act professionally at all times. Work environment: Truck, warehouse setting, customer locations. Qualifications: • 1-2 Years Warehouse experience highly preferred • A valid California driver’s license and good driving record is a must • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent customer service skills • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills • Must be a self starter • Must be capable of working independently • Ability to handle high stress situations and thrive under pressure • Impeccable Integrity and honesty EEO The Benefits Program at our company is a significant part of our employee's total compensation.
