Janitorial and Power wash Company is seeking an experienced maintenance helper who is motivated and driven to learn, improve and move up in the industry. Requirements: Essential knowledge in Janitorial and Floor Maintenance Work before in the Janitorial industry Bilingual -English and SPANISH IS A MUST AND ESSENTIAL!!!! Professional attitude with good communication skills/ an eye for detail / 100% Common Sense Responsibilities: Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner Load Truck for Daily Deliveries and check to make sure product loaded matched invoice or bill of lading. Develop daily plans with costumers and the administrative staff Load and unload vehicle Inspect and monitor delivery and receive EQUIPMENT Maintain accurate inventory and materials Pick up product, tools at local jobs **Warehouse support duties : Receiving unloading product into the warehouse Checking in product and rotate into inventory stock Help coordinate safety plans into daily operations Facility maintenance ( KEEPING 100 % THE WAREHOUSE IN ORDER AND CLEAN) Organize equipment ​***Qualifications: Common sense Must have knowledge in the janitorial area Must have know about floor maintenance Must be able to lift up 50lbs up Must have good health condition, Must have experience with operating POWER CORDLESS TOOLS Must have Driver license class C and clean record and drive 16' to 23' Truck Schedule Flexibility COMMON SENSE ( SENTIDO COMUN INDISPENSABLE ) Nota: Las entrevistas son efectuadas con previa cita Gracias por su atencion.
