The Youth Leadership Program consists of six weekly sessions where participants develop their communication and leadership skills through practical experience, reflective exercises, and fun activities.
The program is for a small group learning limited to 25 students and offers a combination of valuable knowledge and practice to help kids build effective listening and communication skills, with a focus in emotional intelligence.
Kids will give speeches and fulfill leadership roles incorporating emotional intelligence elements like perceiving, understanding, and regulating emotions.
The objective of the program is to empower kids with public speaking skills, awareness of their emotions and others, and to use reason to identify, understand, and deal with emotions effectively.
