AUSTIN, TX — Austin police are seeking the public's help finding a man suspected of groping a child at the Southpark Meadows Walmart. The man was last seen wearing a white baseball cap, green patterned shirt, maroon colored plants and gray or green Converse sneakers on May 15 at the Walmart on the 9300 block of S Interstate Highway 35 service road, authorities said Monday. While inside the store, the man found the 6-year-old and forcibly touched the child in a "sexual manner" before fleeing the area in a blue or green older 1999 Chevrolet suburban, according to police. Authorities are encouraging the community, who may have additional information about the incident, to contact police.
