Hello I have a small Fresh Fruit Lemonade business and it’s taking off rapidly. I’m looking for someone to cut up my fruit for the week. Fruit I need cut for the week is as follows, all Costco Fruit. Could be less from week to week depending on schedule, but this would be max for now until agreed upon by us both to do more. 40 Pineapples 108 Mangos 38 cases of Strawberries 36 Cantaloupes 20 Honeydew Melons 12 Large Bags of Oranges 6 cases of apples Everything diced. Fruit will be delivered by third party service (instacart, etc) or by me. Needs to be delivered, cut and stored, and Delivered to me, or I will pick up all within 48 hours so it remains Fresh. I will provide food storage bins, knives, apple cutter, etc. Person can prep fruit in shared kitchen I pay for as well or in your own home but I will need to inspect area. Please reach out with questions and pay expectations. Pay is negotiable. I’m a small business now but with the help of a prep person I will be BIG BUSINESS in no time. I’m looking for someone who enjoys this kind of gig, someone clean, professional, someone timely, and someone with little other obligations that can get in the way of prep.
