Man Charged In Peninsula Indecent Exposure Incident

HALF MOON BAY, CA — A Peninsula man was arrested on Sunday afternoon in connection with a misdemeanor indecent exposure incident in Half Moon Bay. Jeffrey Graham, a 49-year-old Redwood City resident, was identified by a witness at the scene. According to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a report of a man who was exposing himself in a public place at the 600 block of Kelly Avenue. They found the man with his shorts pulled down and genitals exposed. Graham was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
