Stafford Suites Assisted Living is looking for a part time (20 hours/wk) Maintenance Assistant. This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds and facility in a safe and efficient manner, including assistance with preventative maintenance program as directed by the Maintenance Director. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Routine maintenance services as directed by supervisor. • Repairs on the facility and equipment to include minor plumbing, plastering, painting, mechanical, replacing lights bulbs, changing filters, etc. as directed by the supervisor. • Clean windows, screens, carpets, and sidewalks as directed. • Perform unscheduled maintenance as needed.
