Description

We are an established townhouse builder in Seattle and are looking for a responsible detail oriented individual to help in completing our townhouse units and getting them ready for market. The scope of work will entail basic carpentry skills, some minor drywall repair and painting, as well as some exterior labor. We are hoping to find someone with an eye for detail that takes pride in putting the finishing touches on projects and is able to perform high quality work consistently. Our job sites are spread out in Seattle, although most days will be spent on the same site you start your day on, reliable transportation is necessary. We are a good group of people to work with and for, we consider everyone part of the team and understand that every part of our work is as important as the rest. This is full time year round employment with opportunities for advancement.
