As an RV Vacation Tech, your job is to turnover RVs and launch customers on a vacation they will remember! Specific duties include: Pack RVs with supplies for an amazing vacation -Setup hitch gear and hookup RVs to tow vehicle -Tow RVs to delivery location -Give the customer a solid handoff - explain the features, demonstrate proper hookup and use - answer their questions -Complete departure paperwork / e-signatures / pics -Complete return paperwork / e-signatures / pics -Detail-clean RV interior and exterior upon return, identify any maintenance items, ready the RV for future rentals -Restock equipment and supplies -Flexibility to take on new tasks when they come up In addition to the above, as a young and growing company there are many opportunities to learn and perform additional jobs. Want to do more complex maintenance or repairs? Interested in developing marketing materials? Want to help the owner manage the business KPIs? We fit the work to your interests, and the more skills you bring to the table, the higher your pay rate will be :) This is a part-time position, requiring 10-30 hours/week. The majority of the work can be flexed around your schedule, however you'll need to be available to process customer departures and arrivals at the times they reserve which are typically scheduled between 11am-5pm 7days a week. While this job is for our busy spring/summer season, we do anticipate having some openings extending through the fall as well. To excel in this position, we're seeking enthusiastic teammates that love to learn, and: -Demonstrate excellent communication and customer-facing skills -Rally to complete work independently to a high quality with little direct oversight -Take pride in being reliable and on-time -Adapt to and resolve unexpected situations - think on your feet! -Able to lift 50 pounds and use hand or power tools for hitch setups -Have a current drivers license and good driving record -Have experience or quick-to-learn hooking up and towing trailers, boats, or RVs, including driving in reverse, turning, and maneuvering in tight spots -Have a smartphone with ability to run company apps Questions or want to learn more?
