The Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician is responsible for field work consisting of window cleaning and pressure washing for both commercial and residential clients. We have openings for Sunday-Thursday. Must be able to work both day shifts and some night shifts. Responsibilities and Duties Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles). Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines All season indoor and outdoor work Position requires an eye for detail Be a team player and have a positive attitude Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis Qualifications and Skills Previous pressure-washing experience is a plus Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is also a plus Mechanically inclination Solution based mindset Take pride in your work Education and Experience: Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus, but not required.
