These positions report directly to the Store Manager. You will receive Computer Based Training (CBTs) and On the Job Training (OTJ). There are managerial positions available as well. Working closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for driving store sales growth, leading employees to ensure that they provide 'Guest First' care to all customers and achieve operational success. Our 'A Player' will have a great 'can do' attitude, is detailed oriented, committed to 'quality' work, and must have a 'guest focused' attitude to ensure a wonderful experience. You must be comfortable speaking with guests about their vehicle in an easy to understand manner, must have an aptitude for mechanical work, and be eager to learn new skills and grow your knowledge base. Assistant Manager (Retail / Management / Automotive / Maintenance) As our Assistant Manager, you will be setting an example as a leader and building team engagement by focusing on the development of teammates, providing on-going guidance, coaching and direction. You will be assisting the Store Manager in building and maintaining an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume and business needs.
