RAMONA, CA — Crews on Monday halted a brush fire that threatened structures and sent smoke over Ramona.
The blaze, called the Fernbrook Fire, broke out near Fernbrook Drive and Mussey Grade Road. The spread of the fire was stopped at four acres, according to Cal Fire San Diego.
"Structure threat mitigated," the agency said on Twitter.
