Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of luxury vacation rentals located in Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, SC. This position requires routine weekday and weekend hours. The schedule is highly flexible. The ideal candidate should be experienced in general maintenance of residential dwellings, be extremely reliable, have excellent time management skills, and be comfortable interacting with rental guests. Duties include but are not limited to general home repair, monthly maintenance inspections, maintenance of outdoor living spaces, and light plumbing and HVAC maintenance. Our Maintenance Technicians are expected to be on-call as needed and able to quickly solve any maintenance problems that occur. Please submit your resume for consideration.
