Need setup help for event

Hi - Im an event decorator. Need help in Mather, CA on May 28th from 10a.m - 2p.m. The person would need to tie chair sashes for 300 chairs(I'll teach how to at the venue) and be willing to climb on tall ladder to tie flower garlands on trees(approx 500 garlands). Pay is $ 150 for 4 hours of work. If you can bring a ladder that is 12 feet or more along with you, I can pay another $30. Need to hire asap.
