We are seeking 2 people to join our team working in one of the food concession facilities at the Silver Dollar Fair this year - (May 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th). The Silver Dollar Fair is being called; "The Memorial Day Weekend Carnival and Food Festival" this year. We do not cook any items; we only prepare and serve a simple desert item. Our concession trailer is fully air conditioned, is a fun place to work (we play great music), and has a lot of really excited customers that look forward to seeing us every year! You should have experience remaining calm when a customer line can exceed 20 people. Your ability to remain calm (while working quickly and professionally) is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced work environment. For a person who is outgoing and upbeat, this job is really a lot of fun!
