Owner of several rentals in Capitol Hill. Need one time clean up - trim bushes and trees, pull weeds, clean up leaves and weeds in "garden" areas. Sweep up accumulated leaves at doorways, on cement stairs.
Must have tools (shovel, clippers/trimmers, broom, rakes, etc). We will supply bags and haul away.
Must speak and understand English.
