Our company is seeking a new team member and no experience is necessary. Training will be done on-site for the 1st month. After 1 month of learning the basic expectations, the team member will eventually begin servicing work with a company vehicle without any supervision. We are looking for individuals who are willing to work hard, with a strong yet consistent pace (7-9hour days are normal), with a desire to grow. Pay will begin at $20 per hour for the first month. After the 1 month of training on-site and the team member is good to perform on their own, the pay will increase $25 per hour for the second month. After 2 full months, the team member will become an associate with the business and operate on behalf of the company while mostly remaining independent.
