Description
On May 24, before noon or so, I saw a small-breed dog running down Lamar Drive from Catoma. I think he must be something like a lapsapsa or shizu. He was too fuzzy and had a nose too big to be a Pekingese. I could see that he had a blue dog tag on his collar, but he wouldn't come to me and ran back towards Catoma when I tried to go after him.
