PHOENIX, AZ — A man was shot and killed at an apartment complex in Phoenix Sunday evening, Phoenix police said. The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene near 17th and Missouri avenues, according to police. Witnesses told police that they saw multiple men approach the victim prior to the shooting, which occurred just after 6:30 p.m. Sunday, police said.
