Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 05/23/2021 Preliminary Information: On 5/23/21, around 2:16 am, officers responded to 660 Peachtree St in reference to a vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle crashed into the Fox Theater. The driver was suspected of DUI and was arrested on scene. No injuries were reported. This investigation continues.
