Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 05/23/2021 Preliminary Information: On 5/23/21, around 1:59 am, officers responded to 434 Marietta St in reference to a Robbery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with 2 female victims who stated while walking back to their vehicle they were approached by 2 black males with handguns who demanded their purses. The suspects fled the scene in what appeared to be a light blue 2015 Infiniti Q50. No injuries were reported.  Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding this incident and to possibly identify anyone involved. The investigation continue.  Please keep in mind the above information is preliminary in nature and could change as the investigation progresses or new information comes to light.
