Experienced Construction Professional needed

Looking for an experienced construction professional to help complete a home improvement project. I have several phases of work that need to be completed including cutting concrete, reinforcing ceiling joists, framing, drywall, building a deck, laying tile, installing lights and outlets. What I need FIRST is someone to cut the side of my house (concrete) and reinforce the ceiling joists to put in a sliding glass door. Must be dependable and professional.
