Handyman performing essential repairs and miscellaneous task. Pay is between $20 and $25 an hour depending on skill sets and what tools you have to work with. Got “excellent skills and work performance” AND HAVE ALL THE TOOLS NEEDED $25 per hr. LIMITED OR NO TOOLS BUT SKILLED $20 per hr. Looking for people with carpentry, plumbing, electrical backgrounds, as well as painting, and ceramic tile experience. Hours will be between 9:30 to 4:30 Tuesday through Saturday, with an ½ hour lunch in between, an hour if needed, and a 15 min break. Up to 30-hour weeks. I'm flexible with Saturdays. Duration is possibly for 2 months. Work is at two locations. Hours can be flexible! Successful candidate will be engaged as an Independent Contractor and will be 1099’ and paid as such.
