Safe place to park my sprinter van

I have a brand new sprinter van that I converted into a camping van. I am a full-time student as well as I work full-time. I am looking for a safe serene yard to park my van in for safety and for a base place for security as well. I have excellent rental references as well as personal references. Hopefully I will be generator powered so I won’t need any electricity.Please call if you have anything in the city of Flaggstaff or in the surrounding vicinity ideally close to the city since that is where I work daily.
