someone to Repair Hole Over Gutter

Looking for someone who can repair a not large hole at the very end of the roof, just above the second floor gutter. The wood has rotten there. Can repair with wood or tin/aluminum. Perhaps an additional small hole as well. Inexpensive. I am not many blocks from the capitol.
