Are you a small or medium-sized business owner, with anywhere from 2-9 employees? Does your business use Microsoft products? Are you able to recruit an IT professional and an additional frontline employee from your company to participate? Then you may be a fit for this study! This remote study with Microsoft will be now through August 2021. This study includes up to two, one-hour long remote interview sessions with a researcher at Microsoft each month. You and your two employees will be asked to commit for the duration of the study. What: - 1 hour remote interview sessions with a Microsoft researcher(s) on Microsoft Teams - Meetings will be scheduled at a rate of 1-2 sessions per month with each of the 3 participants from the company - We will require the owner, an IT professional or similar, and a frontline (i.e., deskless) OR information (i.e., at a desk) worker in a conventional office environment) worker from your company to participate - Participation for each employee will typically happen individually - Each employee will be compensated individually after every meeting attended When: - Now through August 2021 Gratuity: - $500 USD in your choice for the owner of the company of a physical prepaid VISA card, a virtual prepaid VISA card, or a virtual, branded gift-card per meeting -$200 USD in your choice for the 2 employees of a physical prepaid VISA card, a virtual prepaid VISA card, or a virtual, branded gift-card per meeting - Gratuity will be sent within 48 hours of the completion of each meeting Please fill out the form below: The fine print: • We take your privacy very seriously and will *never* sell your information or share it without your prior written consent. If you ever request to be removed from our contact list, we will do that promptly. !/Privacy/Policy • Please remember that you should be nearly 100% confident that you can attend the session we book you for. Our ability to continue to recruit and schedule participants for studies at various clients is based largely on show-rates. If you need to cancel and are unable to find a qualified replacement, we may not be able to invite you to future studies. We have had far too many people agree to be in studies and then decide they can't make it. This is bad for everyone. Anyone who is a no-show for one of our studies will not be eligible for future studies. • We have had a few people "fake" their way into studies recently. If we discover someone intentionally lied their way into a study by misrepresenting their job, or themselves, they will be permanently banned from future participation. Also, as of 2019, we will not pay anyone who is discovered to have lied their way into a study. • We reserve the right to remove anyone from a study who has not signed their paperwork at least 24 hours before the study.
