This position is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. This position has significant interaction with residents, staff, contractors, and management.
This is a beautiful beach front resort style property located in Coronado, that is well maintained.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily inspection of the grounds inside and outside amenities to include tennis courts, pools and BBQ’s
• Maintain outdoor lighting, building lights, and landscape lights
• Maintaining cleanliness of the beach club, health club, office and pool restrooms
• Process daily work requests and repairs as requested.
• Perform tasks associated with light electrical, plumbing and painting
• Assist with maintenance of grounds such as trash pick-up
• Assist with table and chair set-ups and breakdowns as needed.
• Any additional job duties as required by the Facilities Manager
Full Time Friday through Tuesday
