Simplified Builders, Inc. We are seeking experienced carpenters, journeyman carpenters journeyman painters, rough carpenters and finishers to join our team! Our company is a general contractor and engineering company that works on commercial, residential, religious facilities, public works, and much more. This position will include duties like: -Must build to codes and plans -Outstanding carpentry necessary to repair or maintain existing structures as well as to build -Strong attention to detail resulting in quality product -Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all trades associated with building maintenance; a willingness to learn from others and to share knowledge -Commitment to exceptional customer service -Effectively manages time by appropriately prioritizing work enabling a high level of performance while allowing consideration for changing needs and customer demand -Proven safety record as demonstrated by the ability to identify safety issues and take corrective action -Must be able to work independently and with little supervision Requirements: -MUST own all hand tools and basic power tools -reliable transportation with valid driver’s license -2-5 years of trackable work history within construction - bilingual is a plus but not necessary -must comply with safety regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Masks to be worn at all times. Each job site shall vary on whether it is outside or inside but there will be appropriate ventilation within buildings.
