Howdy! We are looking for an independent contractor to perform onsite mortgage inspections, insurance loss inspections, auto inspections, business inspections, and various other forms of surveys. You can make this a part time gig, or build into a full time gig. Some requirements are: 1) you must be able to pass a background check. 2) you must have a reliable car (not truck) 3) you must have a computer, printer, and an Iphone 7 or higher. 4) You must 18 years or older. We are looking for people who are willing to work at a fast pace, pay attention to detail. We work with Financial institutions, and there are time constraints. You must live in Eugene or Springfield. You must be willing to travel now and again. We cover more than Lane county so we may have opportunities to work other routes. The contract is either for the whole county or a designated set of zip codes. We are a member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services and the Society Of Field Inspectors. Additional counties open are Coos, Linn, Benton and Lincoln.
