I am a 30 y/o responsible, working, laid back white male with a cat looking for a new place by August. 1b/1b preferably a house. Balcony/porch/patio either way for the cat and I. I'm right by sand run now, so within a 15 mile radius. Avoiding the heart of Akron/Goodyear/Kenmore etc. Quiet, pleasant, peaceful. I have references if you'd like.
