Direct Support Professionals (DSP or PSW) provide supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home and community. DSP staff provide support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities by assisting with and training all activities of daily living such as meal prep, shopping, paying bills, advocating, scheduling medical appointments, cleaning, building healthy relationships and participating in recreational activities. QUALIFICATIONS: *Must be 18 years of age *Must have a valid drivers license *Must have a high school diploma/GED *Must pass a background check prior to employment ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: *Able to read, write and comprehend English *Maintain required trainings *Maintain clear criminal clearance *Support individuals in THEIR home *Support individuals to reach their personal goals *Maintain personal boundaries and choices We are looking for FT & PT employees.
