Missing female yorkie

Missing female yorkie. In neighborhoods near Aubrey park. The back door was left open for dogs to go in and out. (Someone was home napping. And it's kinda hidden area) the yard is fenced so we arent sure if or how she got out. It's still a small chance she is hiding and refusing to come out for some reason... She has a short very choppy haircut (my sister inlaw cut her hair by hand) She is 13yrs old but doesn't look or act it... She does however have kidney disease and some medical sensitivies. Her name is Fufu. If you find or see small yorkie (only around 6lbs. She hasnt been weighed since she got on the kidney care and gained some of her weight back. But my guess is shes around that)
