Position: Warehouse Pallet Racking Installers **Work located in Tolleson, AZ and must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle ** Global Construction USA Inc. is looking for Rack Installers to help with the installation of Pallet Racking, Platforms, B-Deck Structures and Grid Support Steel typically used in warehouses and large stores for display of supplies A successful candidate must also have and be familiar with basic hand tools, and have all appropriate PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe boots, and hi-vis vest). Core Responsibilities:  Perform other related duties as assigned.  Set up racking framework  Maintains quality service following organizational standards.  Must be able to work in cold conditions for installation in freezer, refrigerator and open warehouse areas  Must have the following: personal cold weather clothing suitable for above working conditions  Must be familiar and able to use the following tools: 1. Rubber mallet-hit beams in place. 2. Impact gun-tighten bolts on beams. 3. Screw gun-trek screwing B-deck, plywood, and wire decks. 4. Hammer drill-drilling anchor holes for hold uprights in place. Skills and requirements:  Efficiency, ability to assume responsibility.  Verbal and written communication skills.  Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.  Be at least 18 years of age.  Able to lift up to 50lbs Performance expectations: Understand and apply appropriate policies and procedures. Participate in meetings, projects, and all other activities. Anticipate problems and take steps to correct those problems.
